These Terms of Service govern your use of GoodEmojis, including goodemojis.com, its search tools, and its downloadable emoji artwork (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Using the Service

GoodEmojis is a searchable catalog of custom emoji artwork. We may add, change, hide, correct, or remove catalog entries and features at any time. We aim to provide a useful service, but do not promise every page, download, or search result will always be available or error-free.

You may browse the Service and download published emoji files for personal use in messages and other ordinary communications. Do not use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights, disrupts the Service, bypasses access controls, or creates unreasonable load. Bulk copying, scraping, republication, or commercial exploitation of the catalog requires our prior written permission.

Artwork and third-party rights

GoodEmojis and its original site design, text, software, and catalog presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the Service or grant a license to resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit its content.

Catalog artwork is AI-assisted. Some entries receive additional visual review, but availability does not guarantee that an individual image is error-free. Names, descriptions, tags, and search results help people find artwork and are not statements of endorsement, affiliation, sponsorship, or ownership by a third party.

Acceptable use

Do not use GoodEmojis to violate privacy or publicity rights, impersonate another person, distribute malware, harass or threaten others, transmit unlawful material, or interfere with the Service. Do not remove proprietary notices or reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law permits.
